I've been creating content for Wave Hill Breads Instagram account for about seven months.
I've been having so much fun with the photography at the bakery, and at farmers markets. I'm also learning a lot about the science and artistry of baking. It's a thrill to watch master bakers working a full speed, loading and unloading the ovens.
I didn't know that the breads cooling on racks make a beautiful crinkling sound as the crusts come down to room temperature. And the aroma of fresh, whole grain breads just out of the oven? Oh my! Nothing else like it.
